• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are usually processed the same day.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

• Standard Delivery (Transit Time): Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping across India is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in New Delhi, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to track your package live.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most pin codes in India. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address (with house number and landmark) to avoid COD order cancellations.

5. Damages During Shipping We take utmost care in packaging our glass perfume bottles securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the open or tampered parcel. If you find the product damaged inside, contact our customer support within 24 hours with a video/photo of the unboxing, and we will arrange a free replacement.
